Western PA Gives Brick River the Greenlight

After months of research, the Western PA Conference has decided to go with Brick River to redesign their Website.  They are excited about Brick River's experience working with Annual Conferences and the way we facilitate code, money and knowledge sharing among the other 28 Conferences.
