An appointment report from your data in the Web Console

Posted on 3/20/2009

We spent about 15 billable hours on this for him.  Basically, his appointment cabinet can review this example spreadsheet below.  We added some fields and a table for his "People" table.  They included salary info, move status and a couple others.

We then at BRT pulled data from three data sources to generate the report below:

  • The people table - for name, again and salary stuff
  • The UMCTables.com system - for attendance/membership stuff
  • A table that contains the end of the year apportionment info

It's all keyed of the church number.  Anyway, it's an idea for you.  Here's an example of the report.

This report pulls together information from...

  • the people record
  • the pastor dashboard (salary information)
  • the apportionment file from the end of the previous year
  • statistical information from the local church end of the year report
