We heard from a customer that they wanted to get to interactions more quickly. In our UMC Advisory Panel meeting we discussed it, and we added a jump-to link at the top of People to jump to "interactions". We also added a "quick-add button," so people can quickly add interaction notes.
We also discussed separating interactions into notes and interactions, but upon researching it, we realized that people are making notes, but they are tagging them as things like "phone call", "in person", etc.
