Finding and Merging Duplicates

Sometimes your contact or content records may have some instances of the same person or company in Brick River. You can find these duplicates and merge them together. 

In this tutorial, we are going to understand the steps for finding and merging duplicates.


Step 1 - Find Duplicates

  1. Open the list of all contacts from your Contacts menu. Click Actions->Find Duplicates.
  2. The list of duplicates is shown. Brick River provides a small explanation about those duplicates and how they will look like after merging them.

Step 2  - Merge Duplicates

  1. Once you have found the duplicates and decided to merge them, select the contacts and click Merge.
  2. The duplicate contacts will be merged and you can view them on the Contacts list.
